Great camping area and nice people. I wish the bathrooms were cleaner and the showers worked better but overall this was a solid spot and I'd camp there again.

A17 campsite was a great experience!! Well maintained, good flat spots for a tent, close to the creek, would absolutely come back to Cave Springs!

We had the most amazing stay at Cave Springs. The amenities were excellent, staff are super friendly, and the campground is beautiful. Flowing creek, meadow, and lots of fun little paths for the kids to explore. Highly recommend!

Best spot in Oak Creek hands down. Less than a mile walk to West Fork. It is a busy spot and we were surrounded by families with young kids but it was expected and it did get quiet at night.

We had a wonderful experience at Cave Springs campground - the scenery was beautiful, every employee we interacted with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and the campsites were very well maintained. My husband, who strongly prefers dispersed camping over managed sites, commented that it was the most well-managed campsite he has ever been to. The bathrooms were amazingly clean and the drinking water tasted better than the filtered stuff we brought from home. Our kids enjoyed hiking in the area, playing in Oak Creek and visiting other friends at their campsites. Slide Rock is close by - we didn't visit this time because it was a bit chilly, but that could be a great activity on a warmer day.
Our only complaint is pretty minor: for a site that recommends against bringing wood from elsewhere, the firewood bundles were a bit steep at $10 (with barely enough wood to keep a fire going for an hour or two).
