We had a great experience at the park. Our parking was reserved & it made it very easy for our guest to park & have a meeting spot. We got married at 12 at the park & the weather was awesome. The park was not overly crowded & we were able to have our party of 20 get in for the ceremony & exit the park by 1:45. Park & restrooms were clean & the park security were very helpful & kind. We'd definitely rent at this location again. We had a great experience. Thank you

This is a beautiful location for a wedding . We went through a local wedding planner, Angela Medlin and she helped coordinate the entrances and exits so that I would be seen only when walking "down the aisle". It was a perfect day. The staff were on top of everything and called out a last minute electrician to ensure we had electricity on the day!

This place was beautiful! The rocks really glow at sunset. We had a very small elopement style wedding here and used the group ramada for a simple cake cut and champagne toast. Low key and easy. Wonderful staff, clean facilities and a breathtaking view. We’ll be renting this space again, for sure!

I used the Ramada for my wedding ceremony and reception! It was small and private and the park worked with us in the most helpful way. It was a beautiful spot and so many gorgeous sceneries for photographs. I feel lucky to have been able to rent this place out at an affordable price for a Sedona Wedding!

The campground is accessible via I-17, which is approximately 13 miles from State Highway 179, and Highway 89A is also nearby.
Policies & Rules
General
- Weddings at Crescent Moon are by reservation only. If you are booking the Ramada for a wedding, you MUST also schedule a ceremony time at Recreation.gov Crescent Moon Wedding Reservations.
- Includes entry fee and 10 reserved parking spaces, additional vehicles MUST pay the day use fee at the entrance kiosk and ARE subject to availability. Maximum number of guests for this reservation is 50.
- Day-use only (group shelter also known as Ramada)
- There is NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING AT CRESCENT MOON
- Area opens at 7am (summer) or 8am (winter) and closes at DUSK. Exit gate never closes.
- Vault toilets are available for guest use.
- Charcoal grills and picnic tables are available for guest use. Caterers or comercial delivery of food, cake, etc is allowed, but vendors must drop off and pick up only. They cannot remain on site. No food trucks and no caterers cooking on site.
- Guests are responsible for cleanup, there are dumpsters on site. "Leave No Trace!"
- Alcohol is allowed, but no glass containers allowed!
- Ravens, squirrels, deer and other wildlife frequent the site. NEVER leave food or trash unattended, or feed any wildlife you may encounter!
- Absolutely NO amplified music is allowed! Acoustic music from a single instrument is allowed, such as a guitar.
- ALL fireworks are prohibited! Flowers and other decor are allowed, BUT NO petals, confetti, glitter, rice, seed, etc are to be strewn or scattered.
- Don't Move Firewood: Prevent the spread of tree-killing pests by obtaining firewood near your destination and burning it on-site. For more information visit, dontmovefirewood.org .
