I loved the atmosphere and environment of the area. There was a stream right next to our campsite and plenty of places to walk to. The only downfall was the location of the campsites adjacent to ours. You feel like you're crammed in to a certain extent. Our first neighbors were quiet and respectful, but our neighbors the 2nd day going forward stayed up at the campfire well past 1AM. Their fire was also very close to our tent which you could not NOT hear anything of their conversation, so that was kind of a bummer. We ended up leaving a day early for this reason, they could not be reasoned with.

Exquisite area, the campgrounds are very clean and the camp hosts were wonderful. The only thing I wish I would have known beforehand is that it is right off the road. I'm envious of the people that live and work in that area and lots of them drive right by the campsite every morning.

We went for New Years when it was cold and had a lot of fun. You can buy wood there, but if it’s humid out prepare to have to deal with damp wood. The bathrooms are clean and kept up. There are trash cans and recycling. The camp site itself is nice and kept up. It was nice to be close enough to town to be able to get extra supplies too.

There is a skunk problem here. We saw a few of them come into our campsite at least 20 times including under our tent fly in the middle of the night.

Beautiful campsite, in close proximity to showers, bathrooms, a general store, and to major attractions. We enjoyed a peaceful and quiet night around the campfire, and a morning breakfast with coffee and deer strolling through the grounds.

Great, clean campground. Friendly camp host who you can get affordable firewood from. Most sites have a direct view of the creek, which is beautiful. Manzanita is also very conveniently located for most of the great hiking in the area
