We stayed at #18 - across from the Host. It was a clean and quiet place. Beautiful time of the year. Nice campsite along the wash. Despite the amount of camper vans etc, and people with their dogs there was no generator or dog sounds disturbing us. Were were tent camping. Only issue was the smoke from campfires drifting into our tent which was quite strong. But it did not last. Restrooms were very clean.

No attempt is made to regulate the behavior of certain campers. In my short stay there were three events where the Park administration failed. 1. On the site next to me campers brought 2 RVs onto the site. The camp host
Explained that it was not allowed but then allowed them to squat on an adjacent site with another camper. Rewarding them for breaking the rules. 2. RVs larger than the maximum length were allowed. 3. When a domestic dispute, with lids shouting broke out, no camp host or law enforcement was there. Only the next day. Too late to prevent concern for safety that night before. 4. A man who was obviously too ill to even set up his camping gear was helped to get it set up. Sure enough the next morning the campers had to deal with an ambulance coming in to assist him. I couldn’t use the bathroom facilities until they left.
