Helpful camp hosts and beautiful surroundings. Quiet during the week and filled with kids and bicycles on the weekend. My 4th year here and looking forward to a 5th. The road in is brutal. Be prepared.

In general experience was excellent but the non-functional delivery system for potable water was a negative.

My disappointment in the visit was the water level of the lake. I reserved a lake side ground but the lake was so low that it disappeared from our spot. I wish this would be noted when making reservations.

White horse Lake campground is an excellent dry camping campground. Unfortunately the road going into it is ridiculously rough.
They said that there was a greater out there in May but they did very little work and it shows.
We did find a little smoother way in than the one that comes up on Google maps which was a relief but still there's no need for that much washboard when all they have to do is grade it down.
Put the campground is fantastic and the camp hosts are incredible.... We had a spot right on the lake and truly enjoyed ourselves.

Campground has great sites, the lake is pretty although small, staff were super great. The road in is very long and VERY VERY rough. We lost a window and a weld on the inside of our horse trailer. Probably won't go back here just because of that road, but I'm glad we went!

Restrooms were covered in flys. Made them unusable for me.
