Always love going here. It’s our go to camping area.

The app showed all the sites full, so we were unable to change sites when I arrived. However, most of the sites were never occupied, and a few of us were all crowded together for a couple days.
The campground is pretty nice, but it didn’t seem quite as well kept as it was when I camped there about 15 years ago.
It’s conveniently close to the Iron Mountains Bike trails, so that’s a huge plus.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Campground hosts were kind and helpful. Campsite as described and facilities were great. The views were amazing. We had a great stay and would recommend to others. Electric/water campsite

Lovely, peaceful place to spend time in the fall. I arrived right before opening day of deer hunting season and I was worried about crowds and noise. It did get busier but the hunters tend to leave early in the day and are gone most of the day so the campground remained quiet. The campground itself is on a peninsula so you are surrounded by water. Sites are spacious and well equipped (concrete pad, concrete picnic bench area, firepit, and pedestal charcoal grill.) Clean restroom facilities.
