Our experience on a bicycle tour was Excellent for tent camping. There was wood at many of the campsites and the shower house was clean. The power station toward the entrance to the camp was not making any noise until the the morning when we were leaving. This is a nice site for tent or RV camping on Lake DeGray.

We loved it so much we added two days halfway through our 6-day reservation. Beautiful spot, and we saw herons and egrets every day (along with jillions of turkey vultures).

Very nice area. The park is clean, sites are fairly level and easy to get into. The playground is in a shady area and the swimming area is nice. Showers are clean and have good pressure.
