Rain was a bit too much, not in their control, and the downed trees I wish they could have mentioned, the place looked similar to a logging yard. They have ONE shower facility and it's in the RV campsites (don't most RVs have a shower?) Restroom facilities WERE HORRID! all three days. Covid 19 compliment? Seriously doubt it! It was the 4th of July. But I am NEVER going to that campsite again! Would not recommend!

We enjoy Caddo Drive, it's very private and has amazing views from the lookout spot.

Camped here for a week of sport motorcycle riding through the area. Easy access out to Hwy 7. It was quiet for the most part, mostly due to low travel activity during covid19 era. Seemed to have good access to the lake, some ramps were closed but not all. The camp spot was very good, lots of debris from the trees had to be swept out, but a big storm had just come through the week prior. Showers and bathrooms were adequate, but not great, bugs take over during the night and can be overwhelming the next morning. All said, I would consider this site again if in the area, good value for what you get. The camp administrators and crew were super nice, and friendly. I would recommend this camp for those who like a rustic, quiet camp experience. There is a kid's playground, but it was closed due to covid19. Looked pretty nice though.
