Point cedar is one of our favorite places to camp on Degray Lake. The lake level was super low in October but other than that it was a very enjoyable time.

Park Ranger was not accommodating. He was pushy. Not understanding when we were 24 minutes past check out time. It took me 5 hours to get my reservation in due to limited access at the park. He should have been more patient and friendly. Not trying to run us off when there were 70+ sites available on a Monday!

Point Cedar is a beautiful, secluded campground. Grounds maintenance could be improved, but it’s a wonderful facility.

Had a great time camping here. At least in October it was very quiet. Enjoyed kayaking too. And the stars!! Amazing place to see the stars!

Clean restrooms!! Only thing that would be better is Wi-Fi. With no service you can’t keep up with weather reports.
