Loved the camp site at Shouse Ford. The cleaning of the showers leave a little to be desired. Site 23 has an old electric panel that has a couple issues. Loose plug and door. But The camp is great the water is wonderful. Great place to camp.

It very quiet & relaxing, I just wish there was water in each campsite. That would make it such an enjoyable stay, we are a retired coupe and camping is our favorite thing to do.

Beautiful lake. The campsite was spacious and clean. The bathrooms were outdated but clean. Firewood is not sold onsite. This place is our 2nd favorite camping place.

The camp ground was wonderful. Very quiet this time of year. My only negative is the ( I would assume rookie ranger). There was a total of 5 campers in the entire area and I had parked my boat in the spot next to me temporarily that was not reserved that day, and my father had it the next day. Instead of coming over and asking me to move it he grabbed his ticket/warning book and was heading to my boat. Luckily my father in-law saw him and inquired to what he was doing. Upon finding out I was informed to move it. Other than that my stay there was great. I plan to go again.

Site 65 is awesome and has a private beach. Easy access to the water. Our friends stayed in 66 and it has been renovated with new wide concrete and a new table. Love it !

From Interstate 30, take exit 78 and merge onto State Highway 7 north to Bismarck. Turn left on State Highway 84 and go 9 miles west to Point Cedar. Turn left onto Shouse Ford road and continue 4 miles to the campground.
