Good rv site. Nice park with good trails. Sewer dump was inconvenient to turn into with 5th wheel.

Considering the park had just recently recovered from massive flooding, it was absolutely amazing. The only issues were problems from the recent floods and were problems that didn't really interfere with our stay. I loved it and we expect to camp again this year!

We stay in Springhill every year in October and really enjoy it. But it seem to always need to be mowed that is the only thing I don't like about it getting your shoes wet in the tall grass in the mornings. It is very convenient to every thing less than a couple miles from anything you may need such as food, laundry, entertainment as well as being right on the River great view.We stay in area A don't care for area B that much.

We always enjoy our visit here. The only issue we have is that the grass hasn't been well maintained this year. Makes it hard for our dogs and us walking to the water.

Our experiences at Springhill have always been good. We rally with a group of people every September and it's fun to walk and talk with everyone. The campsites on the east side of the highway are large and the bicycle trails are fun. Casey's fuel is found about a mile to the south, and a Walmart Supercenter is just a few minutes away in Barling.

The up keep is HORRIBLE!! One of our campsites B19 was so grown up we could not get off the Seive way when we set out! We ask them about weedeating and was told “ we could bring our own and weed eat the spot” ! This is not acceptable when u pay for a nice spot! We camp there all summer long for the past few years never had issues until the past 2 summers! Rude park attendants now!

They were holding bicycle races there the day I was leaving and the organizers felt it was appropriate to close the roadways leading out of the campground. They were very rude about it and delayed my departure for over an hour when I had a 13 hour drive to get back home. The dump station is very difficult to access as well with longer trailers and needs reworking.

This is a nice campground, very large. There is a playground. Not a lot to do but convenient to town. We were camping at Springhill for a Mountain Bike Race. We liked the spot we picked out because of the access to the trails to watch the race. We did not utilize the restrooms. We stayed on the B side. However, If possible, next time we would stay on the A side. The sites seem much nicer. My only complaint/problem we had was the gentleman who was staying in our site before us, decided to dump his black tank at the site instead of going to the dump station!! We informed the camp host about it. They didn't offer any help to clean/prepare the site for us. I had to go to the store to get bleach to clean off the pad. (Keep in mind the temps were pushing 100 degrees! We couldn't switch sites because they were booked for the weekend. That was very unfortunate.
