The park hosts were very friendly, nice & helpful. Showers were warm and heated. The cons are the train track is super close and runs often during the night. The park has nice views and the host brought us wood! They were very kind!

It was awell kept campground, with next to no one there. Scenery there was awesome with some very spectacular sunsets. Of course it was December, but I would recommend it to anyone.

The campground host is friendly and helpful. Campground would be improved by having a gate restricting non campers from entering. campground unfortately close to railroad track was freqeunt and noisey. Should have a no wake zone in front of the campground to discourage high speed boats.

We understood there to be water at the site & there indeed was but it required abt 60 feet of hose that we didn't have to access. No matter--we camped 2 nights & it was beautiful & we loved it. Be aware there's an open bluff to the AR River, so watch pets & children carefully. We didn't use the facilities so cannot comment on those. Really lovely this place w/ lots of history & close to restaurants & Wal Mart.

Awesome place BUT beware camp host locks showers and shuts off water to everyone. For days. My suggestion: put key codes on doors so paying customers don’t have to be punished for stuff free loaders do.
