We got to the park and picked out our site then booked it online. The site was spacious, right on the water but we needed 2 and 1/2 hoses to connect the water. Not all sites had water access. There were plenty of woods to walk the dogs and we saw fish being caught daily. It is right by a train track but that didn’t bother us. We didn’t use the restrooms or showers so I’m not sure what they were like. Host came by every day.

Bathrooms were just ok. When we arrived around 7 pm, a family was enjoying a birthday party in our spot. We had to wait for them to gather their things. They were not staying in the campground. Since you have removed a bathroom, some of the spots are not so convenient for us, we are self contained but enjoy having other facilities available. Old map showed restroom, new map isn’t available on website yet. Convenient to interstate for an overnight.

This was a really beautiful, nice place next to the water, restrooms were very clean and close to our camp sight. Camp host was very accommodating. We would definitely stay again. There are railroad tracks close to the campgrounds - but I grew up around railroad tracks so it was not a big deal. The nice thing about these tracks is that the train is traveling fast so the noise is not long. The only time during the night was a train went through at about 1am and we went right back to sleep and did not hear another one until 6am and we were already up.

Lovely Corp campground. Downsides are trains nearby, some sites not very level, only about 1/3 have water hookups. Plusses are flush toilets, hot showers, beautiful shaded campground alongside a lake, playground, all sites have electricity, camp hosts are friendly and extremely helpful, great area for launching your fishing boat. Town has 3 donut/coffee shops, decent dog park, Love's for RV propane, great BBQ truck along Rogers St., Good grocery between Loves and dog park, Walmart just off Rogers

The 2 overseers of the park, Van and John, went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. They were so attentive and helpful. I felt safe and I was given the information I needed to make the stay easier, especially having a handicap husband. But van and John both made us want to come back soon!

This is a convenient campground in an incredibly scenic spot. The lake is lovely. there is plenty of walking from one end to the other of the campground and the facilities were in great shape. The campground host was friendly and helpful. My only issue was that there is a train that runs adjacent to the campground several times during the night, blowing a horn. Otherwise, all was perfect.
