The manager was super friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the giant grill as well as all the amenities. All the children enjoyed having the park so close and being able to run around in the giant field. Great experience for the entire family.

Staff was very helpful and made us feel like they were glad we were there. Campground had spacious sites overlooking the lake. When traveling to the campground carefully check the routing. It would be best to travel into DeQueen city before heading to the campground. The default GPS routing will send your RV over several miles of very steep gravel logging roads.

Stayed in February so no water and restrooms are closed for the winter but they let you no that before you book so not a problem. Many of the sites could use some work on the driveways but some have been fixed recently so looks like they are working on that.
Was quiet, only one other camper.

This was our third year at Oak Grove, our first holiday weekend. It was still relatively quiet. This year the new bathrooms were ready and they had worked on the playground and leveled campsites. We like the peace and quiet and that we can see the work they are doing to keep grounds up.
