We were by the river. Being from New England, it was interesting to watch the river barge operations right in front of our site. Two of the loading sites were right up river from us.
Quiet place although a lot of traffic going through campground to go fishing further down river. Would recommend.

The park is very nice. Loved our site that overlooked the river and the pavilion over the picnic tables. The only issue we had was very little cell coverage so WiFi connection. The price was wonderful.
