What Guests Are Saying
Pendleton Bend campground is well-maintained with clean facilities, spacious sites, and friendly hosts, making it a great choice for families and those seeking a peaceful retreat. Visitors appreciate the beautiful surroundings near the Arkansas River and the ample shade for relaxation. Only thing that would have made this the best trip, would be having an internet signal. Once you drop off the levee and go a little ways you lose all service. No way to get help if needed. The Government should really look into getting a tower placed in that area ASAP!

Spent last night in Pendleton Arkansas state campground. There are 3 huge really nice riverside spaces with covered picnic tables looking straight onto the Arkansas river. We had to go through Riceland, a large rice distribution facility. Lots of really cool industrial structures. Beautiful views from the campground of the Arkansas river. Night tugs carrying rice shipments down the Arkansas River. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

We enjoyed a river front campsite. This visit out season, few other campers during our stay.

We had a very good stay with the people at the campground. The third stay in a month! It is a short drive and we are new to Rv camping and enjoying it a lot.

Nice level sites, bathrooms could have been cleaner but not awful. Quiet and rangers were very friendly.

It had been a while since we had stayed here and we had forgot which site is our favorite. We were in C-1 but after arriving we remembered it was C-2 and C-3 that we liked the best.
Overall the only complaint is the 3 C sites do NOT have the stand alone charcoal grills, only the fire pit grills.

Pendleton Bend is a fantastic park. Wide level sites well spaced and very very clean. Three premium sites overlooking the Arkansas River are really outstanding but the rest of the sites are very nice. A little bit challenging to get to but well worth the effort.
