Gorgeous lake view. Be careful where you choose a site. The first one I chose was attached to the boat launch, no shade or privacy. We switched to another spot which was much more comfortable but the site was not at all level. I was tent camping so it was not awful. The pit toilets were horrible. I ended up driving to the water toilet and showers.

Good: The location is great. The Lake is beautiful. The site was pretty level and allowed direct access to the lake. The restrooms were well stocked and clean. Convenient boat ramp.
Could be improved: The single wide pad was not wide enough or long enough to accommodate our small travel trailer, small boat and tow vehicles. No sewer hookups and a poor setup for the dump station.

Love the dam campground and this site is right next to the swim area. It is a very tricky spot to get into for any type of camper. It’s best for tent campers.

This place could use some updates.. The numerical markers for each site are very worn and not early read. Signage for the trailer sites are non-existent. This is vey disappointing. The camp host was no place to be found. Generally things are better than this.

We were in site 32 over the July 4th weekend and loved it. The view of the lake was beautiful, the grounds were well maintained and the showers were clean. During our stay, a repair was needed in the women's shower, and it was taken care of immediately. The gentleman at the check in station was very friendly and helpful. The only "complaint" I would have is how hard it is to reserve a spot (due to the campgrounds popularity).

From Rogers, Arkansas, take Highway 62 East for nearly 24 mi. Turn right on Highway 187 and travel 3 mi, crossing the dam. The park entrance is the first right after the dam.

Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
Site capacity
- Campsites can fit one RV and one tent, or three tents.
- Camping longer than 14 days in 30 days requires special permission.

- No dumping of waste materials; use the dump station or remove waste from the area. Shower and bathroom tents are not allowed.
