Great campground. The pads were nice and smooth and level. I camped in the tent area. It was great, most of the sites are shaded all day long. And during the summer that helps a lot. I will be back. I would highly recommend this campground.

It’s a Beautiful location with lots of tall trees and fantastic birds right next to the river. The down side was we had noisy people while we were trying to enjoy the sounds of nature. Don’t be those people!
The electric receptacles need updating, site 40 didn’t have a great plug and did spark.
Getting in and out with a 22’ trailer was easy enough. Love the arena!

The campground is beautiful and peaceful with towering pines all around. My 3.5 year old grandson enjoyed the swings and flat space around the CG to explore. A short walk to the water spigot was no problem and the water was good. Previous reports of awful bathrooms had made me wary, but I did not find that the case at all. Bathrooms are situated in one building and each is private with locking doors, clean sink & toilet, and the shower has a hinged seat available. They were cleaned and stocked daily while we were there. No traffic noise to listen to… only the birds. River trail is close by, but the rock steps down are a little steep, not difficult, but not groomed stairs. I can’t wait to go back and relax at this park! River was cold, but we swam at the lake above the dam.

Stayed here for trip to Eureka Springs.. was about 25 minutes away.. beaver lake was absolutely beautiful and the white river is right there as well. Was the most private campsite that we have ever stayed at.. lots of tree coverage and shade... there was evidence of storm damage.. not sure when it was.... everyone was super friendly and bathhouse was clean.. it's an old bathhouse so don't expect the Ritz. We will definitely try to stay at this campground again.. we loved our campsite.. it was 59..

The site was nice. There was a power outage and it was restored very quickly. We would definitely camp here again. The host was very gracious as well.
