Not hard to differentiate the 2 campsites, like others said..either you book at The Pines (no water but 30 amp) or Riverview with water and 50 amp.. Pines was prettier, as nestled in the trees but Riverview was nice enough and close to the water, but no water views. We were in River site 3 and kinda close to entry, where people come to fish all day. But still quiet enough…Took a bit to wiggle in our 39 ft fifth wheel…We would come again and if so, we’d pick River site number 12 as very private and in the back. Host met us and checked our America the Beautiful pass but was friendly and helpful. The main roads 67? Coming from Eureka Springs was very windy and up and down kinda scary road and leaving towards Missouri wasnt as bad. Overall, Nice park and alot of birds! Bathroom had hot showers and were cleaned often. You had to keep pushing a button for water though 🤪Kinda neat as close to Beaver Dam! Its huge. No hiking trail nearby.

We stayed in the Pines loop. These sites only have electric. Water was available by the restroom. Speaking of restroom, it has 4 unisex restrooms/showers but only 2 were unlocked during our stay. The park was full because it was spring break week so it was very busy. There is only one dumpster for both loops and it was spilling over. The camp host were very nice and explained that the contract withe the trash service didnt start until April 1st.

The actual individual campsites are very nice! Spread out, paved with great pavilions. We stayed in 12 which was level but some like 7 are not level at all so must watch that. Also, the Fam alarm goes off way more than what shows online and often early in the morning. The turns to get to this campground are quite tight and the signage is very small and hard to spot. The potable water requires a long hose to reach which is also a bit of a pain. Our fire pit was full of ashes when we arrived and we had to ask the host to get it emptied to make a safe fire. The guys loved walking to the water and the peacefulness was perfect!
