Camping at Beaver Lake is so fun! Rating 4 stars instead of five because if you need anything the closest stores have strange hours and close very early, so you have to go all the way to Eureka Springs. Also, when using Recreation.gov it is hard to know what campsite you are getting. More pictures and better directions would make finding your perfect spot a lot easier. I recommend if possible to go and see the campsite before reserving one. We rented a campsite that we wanted to put 2 tents on but once we got there the site was much to small. So we ended up having to rent the site next store as well which had more room. But as for activities, you'll never run out of things to do at Beaver Lake.

The pines camp site was beautiful and perfect spot to relax. Shaded and spaced out nicely.
Would have rated 5 stars but the dump site was disappointing. The water connection to rinse septic tank didn’t have hose connections. It was literally just a piece of hose cut on both ends hanging from a metal pipe. What a mess. Pay too much in taxes not have something that isn’t functional.

We absolutely loved this campground. The sites are not too close together with a decent amount of space. Most sites are fully shaded. The pine trees are gorgeous. The bathroom/showers were ok but got the job done. Very close (less than 5 mins) to Beaver Lake beach area, a local river floating outfitter, lots of great fishing holes, a scuba diving park at Beaver Lake and about 25 mins from downtown Eureka Springs. We will definitely be back!
