Campground host is terrible. Rude and demanding. She doesn't announce who she is and drives around in her personal vehicle without the campground host sign on it looking for every possible reason to exert her minuscule amount of authority over the campers. The restrooms were dirty.

Have been to Indian Creek two times this summer and stayed 5 nights both times. Unfortunately both times at our scheduled check in we have had to deal with groups that were occupying our reserved site. Fortunately after persuading them to leave after some time we were able to get into our site. This Is something no one should have to deal with. Just FYI !!!

The lake is beautiful.
The campground spots are in need of updating. This area is very rocky and the RV pads are barely wide enough for your camper. There was a huge drop off from where our camper door was compared to where the picnic table area was. Had to buy a sturdy step to make the transition from our camper steps to the ground. We camped on #1 which has very little area for kids to play or even sit around a fire. The other drawback is that there are no water connections on each site. You have to fill up at one of the shared hydrants. If you are there for more than a couple of days you will likely have to refill your water holding tanks during your stay. Lake Fort Smith is a smaller lake but their camping spots are level and their picnic area is large and level. I hope that these other campgrounds can be revitalized to be like Lake Fort Smith's area.
