What Guests Are Saying
Devils Fork campground is praised for its beautiful location, spacious and clean campsites, and well-maintained facilities, including warm showers and friendly staff. Visitors appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, especially during the offseason, and many noted the excellent views and birdwatching opportunities. Some minor drawbacks include limited water hookups and occasional noise from nearby activities, but overall, guests express a strong desire to return for another stay.

Beautiful campground. A bit treacherous to get in with a very large rig. Our site (C12) was beautiful but difficult to level.

To park my trailer was harder than it should have been. There were trees on each side of the trailer parking spot entrance, making it impossible to back up from one direction. One of the trees had orange on it, to be taken out. I could saw it down in 15 minutes...I saw red plastic on the ground where someone else had a problem and had most likely bumped the tree leaving the remains of their tail light. It should be noted on the site description that it should be approached with the sight on the right to facilitate backing in a trailer. It's not the easiest to circle around and get turned around in the campground. Having water available is nice. The spot was level, which is unusual for corps of engineers campground. Lots of poison ivy growing just in back of the spot, which is something to watch with a 2 year old running around.

Horrible camping spot! If it rains or has rained, this area is like a muddy washed out mess.

The gentleman that works the gate is nice and inviting. It is so wonderful to check in and look forward to seeing him. The lady last year was awful and came across as rude. I hated ever time I had to pull in there. So glad someone new and pleasant is working there this year. Also the camp grounds were beautiful and quiet.

Are over all experience was great. Wonderful people around us, very kind people that was at the gate! The park was great, but the side we where on. The bathroom was horrible! It really needs to be updated! Cob webs, bugs and it really stunk!! It was like a port a botty! Other then that, the park was great!
