What Guests Are Saying
Devils Fork campground is praised for its beautiful location, spacious and clean campsites, and well-maintained facilities, including warm showers and friendly staff. Visitors appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, especially during the offseason, and many noted the excellent views and birdwatching opportunities. Some minor drawbacks include limited water hookups and occasional noise from nearby activities, but overall, guests express a strong desire to return for another stay.

Park was very well maintained. Appreciated the trimming and removal of trees along the access roads. Also was encouraged by the updating of campsites by adding concrete pads and new timbers for some of the sites.

It would make much more sense and be much more accommodating for the picnic table and fire pit as well as the lantern poles (when available) to be on the door side of the camper and not on the utilities hookup side. Most sites I’ve stayed at across the nation have the living amenities (picnic table, fire pit, park style grill, lantern poles or hooks) on the passenger side of the vehicle because that is the side the entry door to the rv is on. It’s quite cumbersome to walk around the rv every trip to and from the cooking, relaxing, eating side of the site. Carrying food to the grill/table. Last minute forgotten items, and heaven forbid there is a surprise downpour or wind gust! Please re-evaluate your site preparations to make them more accommodating to everyone. Especially those that have issues with mobility. (Elderly, disabled or otherwise encumbered. Most of your sites are well designed and layed out, some are severely lacking.

The original site that we booked would not work with our 5th wheel. There were too many trees at the entrance to the campsite. They need to be cut back to accommodate for bigger rigs to get in. The camphost helped us find another site. Needed to leave for 2 nights. And then come back.

I downloaded the “send directions to my phone”. Those directions took me 80 miles off course, down a gravel road in the middle of nowhere. I was not happy.
