What Guests Are Saying
John F. Kennedy Park offers a beautiful and well-maintained camping experience with spacious, clean sites and friendly staff. Visitors appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, stunning scenery, and excellent fishing opportunities, particularly for rainbow trout. While some minor issues, like parking in front of campsites and occasional facility concerns, were noted, the overall consensus is that it's a favorite destination for camping and relaxation.

Campground is very nice. We were in the D section which is not right upon the river but close by. The spots are spacious so you are not right upon each other. The restrooms and showers were clean. Only thing is there is no soap dispensers for washing your hands. In this time of covid you should make sure you take your own to the restroom. We enjoyed the trails along the river and the other trails available. Campground seems to stay full so make reservations ahead of time.

Fabulous Park
The fishing was excellent. The Park is busy but still lovely.
Be sure to go to the trout hatchery in the park.
This may be the most beautiful spot in the Southeast US
