What Guests Are Saying
John F. Kennedy campground is praised for its beautiful scenery, clean facilities, and spacious campsites, making it a favorite destination for families and fishing enthusiasts. The hiking trails, particularly near Collins Creek, offer enjoyable experiences for all ages. While there are suggestions for improvements such as better internet service and more frequent trash pickup, the overall sentiment is very positive, with many campers expressing a desire to return.

Love coming here, the beauty and peacefulness.
Only complaint is the trash service is lacking. Needs to be dumped at least 2x week.

Loved the campsites and many of them are right next to the river. The areas is also close to town if there is anything you need (Walmart, fly shops ect...)

The park is beautiful, along the river. The campground was full but it was still very quiet. We enjoyed visiting the fish hatchery and talking with staff. Heber Springs is a neat small town with interesting little shops.

We camp here several times a year. We bring our granddaughters each year as well. They both caught their first trout here. We have been camping at JFK for 40 years and love it.
