John F. Kennedy campground is praised for its beautiful scenery, clean facilities, and spacious campsites, making it a favorite destination for families and fishing enthusiasts. The hiking trails, particularly near Collins Creek, offer enjoyable experiences for all ages. While there are suggestions for improvements such as better internet service and more frequent trash pickup, the overall sentiment is very positive, with many campers expressing a desire to return.

We had a great time at JFK Campground! Our reason for going was to fly fish on the Little Red River, and we did! I caught my first ever trout on a fly rod and had the best time! The area was clean, bathrooms were convenient. We had a great and we are going back next weekend!

Spacious and well designed campsites. Enjoyed our week camping, fishing and hiking. Weather was awesome. Never give five star rating to sites without full hookups so this one falls into that group. Used my gray water tote to make staying the week easier. Will plan return trip when opportunity presents.
