What Guests Are Saying
John F. Kennedy campground is praised for its beautiful scenery, clean facilities, and spacious campsites, making it a favorite destination for families and fishing enthusiasts. The hiking trails, particularly near Collins Creek, offer enjoyable experiences for all ages. While there are suggestions for improvements such as better internet service and more frequent trash pickup, the overall sentiment is very positive, with many campers expressing a desire to return.

I liked the site, but the edge of the drive was right by the steps and it was quite a step down.

The C-loop RV sites are perfect. We had a site along the river and it was level and very large, plenty of room for our 39 foot fifth wheel and tow vehicle. The fly fishing is very good, lots of guides in the local area.

The camp sites are spaced nicely apart. The restroom was heated and they have hot showers. the camp is right on the river and you can walk from your camp site. There is hiking nearby. I visited in late December when it was raining and cold. Can't wait to see it in the spring!

This site is delightful! It was quiet and peaceful, despite quite a few visitors. The only distraction was cars continually driving through the campground even though they were not statying there. Could not figure it out. Bathhouse was clean and well maintained.
