What Guests Are Saying
John F. Kennedy campground is praised for its beautiful scenery, clean facilities, and spacious campsites, making it a favorite destination for families and fishing enthusiasts. The hiking trails, particularly near Collins Creek, offer enjoyable experiences for all ages. While there are suggestions for improvements such as better internet service and more frequent trash pickup, the overall sentiment is very positive, with many campers expressing a desire to return.

The water faucet needs to be fixed. Had to hook into spot next to us for water. Beautiful location and clean.

Most of the prime reservations at this park are booked up year round but most reservations don’t show up. Thanks to this app you almost can’t get a decent spot unless you book 6 months in advance.

We had a great time at JFK the views of the river were spectacular. The personnel at the office helped us out and allowed us to change our reservation to a different site at the last minute and it greatly enhanced our experience. Great campground at a great price.

Beautiful even on cold winter days. Loved the crystal-clear waters of the Little Red.

Very nice campground and we had a good trip, but that place has a real buzzard problem. Hundreds of them sitting in the trees and the campsites, some sites were just nasty with feces. It is for this reason that we will not return to JFK until this problem is solved.
