When we got in, the cones in the sites in the park were confusing. It was midnight and booking was difficult considering we couldn’t identify each site that said it was available online. We knew it was a beautiful spot though so we decided it was worth it.

We love camping and almost always have an excellent experience. However our last camping trip I was aggravated. We had to change campsites and even though the campground was only half full I had to pay a cancellation fee just to move from one site to another. That didn’t seem right to me and the lady In charge didn’t seem to care. We had a good time and the campground was nice but it seems like bad business to have a fee just because we had to move to a different site.

I arrived in October. Staff was very nice and friendly. Too many double sites that prevent single campers from having good water views so the best views sat empty. The campground has some water views. Most of the water views include the marina. Guests at the park isolated themselves from one another. Flat sites, good shelters over tables.
