Very well kept and beautiful park. Water was available at various locations. Well maintained dump station. The electric pedestal was safe and worked well. The site was level with plenty of room for our '36 5th wheel. We will definitely come back!

No park attendant and bathrooms are not cleaned regularly. There was a camper in my campsite but owner was no where to be found. He finally showed up the next morning and did move the camper. I had to set up at a vacant campsite and then move again to the campsite I had reserved. If there had been a park attendant would have helped greatly. Other than this it is a beautiful campground.

Facility is very nice.
However,be prepared for no WIFI if you must stay connected.
Cell service fair.

Enjoyed our stay at Hickory Creek. Really wish website had better maps and pictures to give a more realistic idea of the campgrounds and individual sites so that reserving a site at a campground we haven't been to isn't such a guessing game/shot in the dark. This campground only had 2 trash dumpsters; one at dump station, and one at boat ramp. only one bathhouse, 2 restrooms. Not enough for a campground that is so big and spread out. Also, only a few water spigots dispersed around the campground. We could not access one from our site (#13). Maybe we are spoiled by the COE campgrounds around Lake Ouachita, but the services here were disappointing. Having said that, the lake wildlife was fun to watch. Other campers were pretty quiet, which was helpful, as sites were quite close together in our loop.

The camp sites in the Pines area are great. The downside to this campsite is the boat ramp. If you plan to launch a boat, be prepared for a very long line. They really need to add additional lanes to the ramp, especially considering the fact that they charge for it's use.

From Rogers, AR, take Highway 264 east for 4.5 miles. Turn right on Cow Face Road. After a mile, turn left on Hickory Creek Road. The park entrance sign is on the right after about a mile.

Policies & Rules
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
