Please start mowing the park again, the grass was so tall and the ticks were bad. We love camping here, this is our favorite park, or it use to be when it is keep mowed and maintain.

Loved the park. Beautiful site. Road to turn on sneaks up on you so be looking. What I don't understand when I was trying to book a site at this park there were no pictures of the sites and bathhouses/restrooms locations are not shown on map. I was able to get some pictures from Google maps which assisted me in locating a site my 86 year old mom could navigate.

We stayed at Site 52 at Cranfield Park and enjoyed our stay overall. The park is large, the roads are in good condition, and the bathrooms were clean throughout our visit. The site offers great views and includes a covered picnic table, which was a nice feature during the warmer parts of the day.
A few things to be aware of: Site 52 has very little natural shade, so don’t expect much relief from the sun aside from the covered picnic area. While the site has excellent views of the lake, there is no direct water access from the campsite itself. The grass around the site could have used mowing during our stay.
We also experienced fluctuating water pressure that caused the campground spigot to occasionally burp or spit water. The dump station flush spigot was a considerable distance away, which made that process a little less convenient.
Overall, we found Cranfield Park to be a well-maintained campground with beautiful views, good facilities, and easy access roads. We’d stay here again, especially for the scenery and spacious feel of the park.

For someone with a camper without slides sight 27 would be adequate. That is the only criticism I can speak of. If there’s plans to update sights in the future I would recommend enlarging the area facing the water giving more room in this area.

We loved this campground. The host Keith, went above and beyond to help us. Can’t say enough good things about him. Always available and ready to help.
Cannot say enough good about this campground. Will be back.
