What Guests Are Saying
Dam - Quarry campground is praised for its beautiful scenery, well-kept grounds, and great trout fishing in the Norfork River. Many campers appreciate the spacious sites and friendly park staff, with several expressing a strong desire to return. However, there are concerns about the cleanliness of the bathrooms and some facilities needing maintenance, which some attribute to the behavior of other campers rather than park management.

WE LOVE Dam Quarry! It is a lovely park, with an awesome view of the river. We can go up the hill to fish, or trout fish right on the river. The lady at the desk is VERY NICE. The only thing we didn't like was we wanted to check some dates with her on a couple of future stays and she couldn't look those up anymore. :'(

When we arrived on April 26, the bathrooms were a disaster and needed attention. But after that they were cleaned and stocked without an issue. The single toilet by the pavilion was fixed after a conversation with the ranger. We totally enjoyed the Hosts Doug and Steph and look forward to seeing them on our next trip.
We were disappointed that the dam was generating so much, but that's spring weather, gotta deal with Mother Nature. We'll be back, we love this park.

We had a wonderful time. The trout fishing was great. There was no TV reception and it rained with Lightning one day but we had dvd's to watch. I had good signel on my Samsung phone .
