What Guests Are Saying
Joplin Campground offers stunning views, ample space, and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great choice for families and outdoor enthusiasts. While the campground is well-maintained with helpful staff, there is a recurring issue with ants and some uneven terrain that could be challenging for larger RVs. Overall, visitors appreciate the scenic beauty and facilities, although some suggest improvements in pest control and road conditions.

I have no complaints about the site I was on my View was spectacular. The only thing I could say is don’t wait until October. The water was very low and the dust was out of control because of no rain. but no one can control Mother Nature. very nice experience

Beautiful spot. Bathrooms were clean. Wish the lake had been at its normal level.

Camped with family & friends and all agreed this was a hidden gem! We had clear views of sunrise & sunsets. My young niece was able to play safely in the area with other children without thru traffic. They even played hide & seek after dark. Mostly tent campers the weekend we were there. We will be back!

The campsite was nice the view was beautiful. Unfortunately the wind was so fierce we couldn’t enjoy it. Booked 3 nights, could only stay one. Wish we could have had better weather.
