What Guests Are Saying
Joplin Campground offers stunning views, ample space, and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great choice for families and outdoor enthusiasts. While the campground is well-maintained with helpful staff, there is a recurring issue with ants and some uneven terrain that could be challenging for larger RVs. Overall, visitors appreciate the scenic beauty and facilities, although some suggest improvements in pest control and road conditions.

Site 12; 36' motorhome with Jeep toad. Helpful park staff, nearly level site, great water, electric, and sewage services. Good 4G phone service (Verizon.) Spotty digital antenna reception, so streamed from phone when inside due to rain. No problems streaming. Site 12 is next to busy park road, so would choose a different site next time, but would stay at the campground again.

Nice place for a quick getaway. Plenty if things to do. Take a boat from marina and spend whole day at lake, or go on couple hours long trail. You can also do some horseriding by the lake. All campsites have electricity but only some have running water.

This site is not for a camper! We had to leave without a refund. We couldn’t figure out how to get it in the tiny very uneven site.
