We go here alot every year. This is our favorit camp ground. Always nice and clean and the Camp groind host are always very nice and helpful.

Enjoyed the week at Tompkins Bend. Weather was great for mid-July. Lots of shade and calm water. volunteers were very attentive and.appreciated the security patrols by Rangers And Sheriffs office. Shanghai- La Cafe was handy & tasty, as usual. Mt Ida had all the necessities we needed close We’ll be back next year.

We had site 26B. It was peaceful and right by the water. We made friends with the squirrels. A great end-of- summer camping spot. The heat didn’t even dampen the enjoyment.

  • Don't Move Firewood: Protect your forests from tree-killing pests by buying your firewood locally and burning it on-site. Visit Dontmovefirewood.org for further information.
  • Check-Out time is 4pm and Check-In time is 6pm
  • Camper Self-Check In Cards are located at the entrance of the campground. Please grab a card apon entry, fill it out and attach it to your campsite post. A ranger will verify the information written on the card later and check you in.&nbsp;
