Very nice campground and very nice camp host. We stayed for 2 nights and it was during a heat wave so there was a lot of humidity and a lot of bugs. You are able to swim in the water to cool down though! The bathrooms were clean and overall the facility was great! We just should have picked another week to come.

campsite was great how ever my bass boat got washed onto the bank in which was not very far from kids swimming area. this whole cove needs to be idle speed only from new cowhide boat ramp back.

This site is beautiful but is very close to site 35 despite the image on the campground map. Site 35 is an immediate neighbor to the right. We were able to hear our neighbors all day and night. Fortunately, we had friendly campground neighbors but it is a good thing to know if you are interested in site 36. The raccoons are rather used to people and made off with food mere feet away from us. That was a new experience for me despite having stayed at dozens of other state and COE campgrounds.
