Nice, clean and quiet campground with beautiful views of the lake. Many of the sites had plenty of room to spread out. Some sites offered full hookups which is always a plus. Trash collection daily during our stay. Pretty nature trail through the woods easy enough for kids to navigate. Great proximity to boat launch! We will be back!

This was our first time exploring Pike Co Arkansas and New Cowhide Cove was the picture perfect place to stay! There is so much more to do and see than we could cover in a week. The grounds are well kept and all the people are wonderful and friendly! We have added New Cowhide Cove as a "must stay" on our summer vacations. Thank you for an end to the summer we will always remember! See y'all next year! -Evins Family

Geese had roosted around the campsites and there was a lot of poop everywhere. Because we had small children, we had to remove most of it before we could get set up.
