Aux Arc park offers a lovely camping experience with clean, spacious sites and friendly attendants. Visitors appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful views of the Arkansas River, and proximity to local amenities, including dining and shopping in Ozark. We loved this place! The sites include level paved surfaces for your RV and a parking spot for your towed vehicle next to your RV. An aluminum picnic table has a roof over it and a fire ring in the corner of a gravel patio. We had a river view and the grounds are beautifully wooded. The shower house was clean with plenty of hot water. We want to return some day and stay longer. Inexpensive, too!

There were no campground maps available; the bathroom was trashy. Otherwise it was OK.

I’m a 40’ 5th wheel (60’ combined, 13’5” high, 5-slides) and fit easily into site B17, water & power worked fine. Other sites will challenge your backing skill for big rigs. Lots of speed bumps. Nice view of Lake Ozark. Restrooms/showers could use some deep cleaning (large spiders). Trains are frequent on the other side of the lake night & day with a whistle crossing, you’ll hear them. I enjoyed the barge traffic with a loud siren as they move thru the locks. Book ahead, locals manipulate the reservation system by booking then parking their empty camper on the site to show occupancy till they show up days later.

love this park, always a pleasant stay. even in the off season a park attendant is cleaning the bathhouses and picking up sites after trashy people leave a site a mess.
