Aux Arc park offers a lovely camping experience with clean, spacious sites and friendly attendants. Visitors appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful views of the Arkansas River, and proximity to local amenities, including dining and shopping in Ozark. F loop was very spacious and quiet. Bath house was clean. Dump stations need more regular maintenance. But it’s a nice park. We will return.

The park was decent but the biggest issue was the constant people who were just coming to fish daily would walk through our campsite. Very disrespectful to say the least! We asked several to walk around like they were supposed to and instead of being polite they argued and said we should move. We reported it to the main office but all the help ended in nothing at all. If I was to stay here again it would be down at the other end where it's much nicer. We even had people with flashlights at 4am walking through and shining lights through our site. Very disappointing!

Worst campsite ever!! People just park their cars and walk through your spot to get to the river to fish. They are not even staying here just coming to fish. You ask them to walk around and use the bridge they don’t. Caught a group of them yesterday walking in my mat right outside my door. My husband actually got into an altercation with one yesterday because he was walking past right by our chairs. We have called the police (they have done nothing), we called the park ranger (he could care less)… I will never come back here!! Worst campsite I have ever been to!

Great sites, friendly staff/hosts. Be sure to visit wineries just a few miles away in Altus.

Well maintained and very clean. Staff was very nice. We'd highly recommend park. Lots of bird watching and barge watching as they go through the lock.

We had a wonderful stay here. There were only one other r.v. in the area we were so it was extremely quiet. The bathroom and showers were very clean. And the park host was super friendly. Would definitely recommend this place when in the area.
