Pads are long but hard to get into for a 38’ 5th wheel! Grass was high and chiggers/mosquitos very bad! But it is a campground on the river & that is to be expected. Fun watching barges go by!

Many great sites right overlooking the river. Sites are spaced out well. We had the one on the end #15. Even the sites not on the river looked good too. Bathrooms are new, clean, and smell fresh. We almost had the entire place to ourselves around the first of June. Very peaceful parklike setting.

We had a great stay! Very peaceful and remote. Well kept up grounds and bathrooms. If you are looking to be out in the middle of nowhere, stay here! Would stay here again.

The views were lovely, the camp host was accommodating about my site change request, and everything was well maintained

The campground was very clean and well maintained. The host, Tonya May, was very welcoming and allowed me to pick a site from those that were available.

I have Mint mobile (t-mobile) and the cell reception seemed better on the sites that were closer to the entrance--the further to the right, the less reception.

I would definitely return.

We were just passing through the area but found a great place to stay for the night.
The park was beautiful, plenty of space between campsites, quiet, and no lights shining on us in the night. The sunset was awesome, and in the morning we watched a barge pushing through, fascinating.
