Beautiful view. Wide-open spaces. We saw Egrets and Herons (we think).
Nice picnic tables, big fire pit. Only stayed one night, but would have loved to stay longer.

My wife, 8 year old daughter & I enjoyed our weekend camping trip. Dogs to, of course. I haven’t been here in about 12 years. This is one of the close to home campgrounds that are good to go to on weekend getaways. Close to many restaurants within a 20 minute drive. Sometimes it’s nice to go to a smaller campground so you won’t be dealing with larger crowd & competing for bathhouse. Plan to come again soon.

This is a beautiful, quiet, well maintained park. We found it looking for an overnight stay so only stayed for 1 night and only expierienced the campground but will definitely spend a few days the next time we're thru Arkansas so we can explore the rest of the park. I believe most if not all sites are on the water. This is a hidden gem. Definitly worh hanging out for awhile....

Stayed only one night but wish we would’ve had an extra day or two. Campground is right on the water and away from noisy roads. Easy to get into and has a turnaround so easy to get set up to back in to the site. Water and power only but there is a nice dump station on your way out. Would definitely stay here again.
