Policies & Rules

Arrival & departure

  • Cabin rules and instructions are provided inside each cabin.

Local regulations

  • Alcohol consumption is prohibited in public areas due to local regulations.

Safety & rules

  • Threatening behavior or profanity will lead to eviction from the property.
  • The speed limit within the park is 5 mph.
  • Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited on the premises.
  • Loud music and noisy pets are not permitted.
  • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
  • Trash must be disposed of in provided dumpsters using plastic bags.
  • Burning trash is not allowed on the premises.
  • Trash must not be left outside of campers.

Pets

  • Pets must not be left unattended in or outside RVs.
  • All pets must be kept on a leash while on the property.
  • Guests must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste appropriately.

Cancellation policy

  • Only pay for nights you will stay; no refunds for unused nights or early departures.

Vehicles & parking

  • Mechanical work on vehicles or boats is prohibited on the premises.
  • Parking on grass is prohibited.
  • Vehicle repairs and maintenance are not allowed without prior approval.
  • RV washing is only permitted with prior management approval.

Site types & loops

  • Temporary RV travel fences are allowed within designated site boundaries.
  • Only camping-related items and furniture are permitted at campsites.
  • No tarps, construction, or long-term storage under campers is allowed.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside cabins.
  • Pets are not allowed except in Cabin 3.
  • Cabins are not suitable for infants or children.

Utilities

  • Sewer connections must be properly sealed with a gasket.

Site capacity

  • Each site allows two vehicles and one RV; extra vehicles must be parked in designated areas with prior approval.
  • Long-term sites are limited; an application is required and utilities must be paid.

Fees & deposits

  • Full payment for the first month of long-term stays is required upon arrival; late fees apply after the first month.
  • A fee of $25 per additional person per month applies for groups larger than four.
