I booked the spot the last minute, so didn't notice there was no water hookup. The attendant was super helpful in changing the reservation to a spot with water hookup. The park is beautiful with scenic views of the Lake and the spots are not right on top of each other. On the weekend a lot of locals camped there, which confirms it is the best camping in the area.

Our original site was 131, upon arrival this site was way too small for our trailer even though it said the drive was 39 ft, there was no way we would have fit. The host said we could switch with no problem. We switched to 74. It was level, nice, and peaceful. There is not water at each site and has communal water here and there around the park. Water was not far away from site 74 and our hose reached. The bathrooms were very far away though. The bathroom was clean but only had 2 showers and 1 toilet in the one closest. Women's had a line a lot of the time.

Shower building is inadequate and poorly maintained. There are only two showers and one sink for 188 campsites. The light was inoperative.
