The Park is well located for those mountain bikers who wish to ride in or in the vicinity of Bentonville. Nice location with a view of the lake and fire pit. Site could have used some grading, which would have facilitated our set up. Washrooms were cleaned, but the showers could benefit from a few hooks outside the door to hang a bag otherwise all your clothing and personal belongings get wet from the shower spray. Will go back again when riding in the area. We are Canadians and Bentonville is a very good location to stop and ride for a few days if coming from Eastern Canada and heading out to Moab area.

Beautiful, clean, large sites. I visit was the end of March before the campground was truly open for the season, therefore I can’t give any feedback on the restrooms or showers.

Horseshoe Bend was great. The park was not officially open but there were Camp Hosts who picked up trash at each site and who were there to help when needed. We love camping at Horseshoe Bend.

Beautiful lake. We planned on 1 night and stayed 4. Everyone must go into Rogers to the Red Ryder Museum. So much information. We also drive to Pea Ridge and Wilson’s Creek. (I have a National Passport book so this campground was perfect). Thanks to ACOE

Worst campground and terrible experience. When I tried to check in, the booth had a sign saying they were closed and no attendant was available. It also said water was no longer working. We went to our campsite and there was no electric either. Showers were locked and the only bathroom that was unlocked was disgusting and no lights. Someone was shooting guns constantly. We left and went back home. But there was no one to speak to to get a refund. I tried requesting a refund online since I paid online and got no response. They shouldn't have even been allowing bookings for the campground. It is also under construction. Go anywhere else.
