We stayed at Brady Mountain in site 62 B in our 43' Toy Hauler. This site backs up to Lake Ouachita and has a great view of the lake. It was a bit of a drive from the main road and near the end was a bit more hilly and curvy but was no problem to navigate with our 65' rig. FYI, it was only an electric site but there is a dump station and potable water near the entrance. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in spot A 8 really lovely view right on the harbor. Bathhouse was pretty clean. Nice level campsites. No cell service or wifi but playing cribbage was fun!

There was no check in attendant very sketch about the whole process there. No one actually confirmed it was really me and not some random person taking my campsite. We couldn't get the park ranger to acknowledge us when he put our site paid ticket on the campsite number. I'm glad we got there early before check in to get a map of the campsite layout from one of the stores. All the sites are poorly placed together if you are paying for only one site. It's more for large groups of people to rent out and be close together. The campsite had NO grass and a ton of dirty unkept leaves that make my dogs puke and cough when they ran through it. Also there was layers of smashed rocks and dusts coating the picnic table and trash around. The bathrooms were bug and spider galore and not the best taken care of. Along with judgemental other campers that take their old enough sons and a barking 50lb dog into the bathroom with them just to get frustrated with you when you need to use one of the four bathroom stalls. Our neighbor site had others show up around midnight and set up another tent 10ft AWAY from our campite sandwiching us in-between them. Both campsites around us had large dogs barking all hours of the night and they made sure to bark at us when we went to the bathroom and got out of our tents in the morning. We caged and safely tarp covered our two dogs that are very used to being kenneled for a few hours. A park ranger put a note saying our dogs were barking and to relook at the rule book. Me and my boyfriend sat in our car and talked for over 20 minutes, eventually loud enough so our dogs could hear our voices and they didn't make a peep.As soon as we get out of our car and approach our dogs still caged, the neighbor campsite dog started up barking at us due to him being still tied to a tree within 20ft of of our campsite. Our dogs still did not make a noise. We immediately packed up and left even though we had paid for another night. Not a good 2person with dogs choice

We visited in April, mid-week so there were very few other campers. The campground is large with sites fairly well spaced. There was a nice nature trail along the edge of the lake near our campsite. The campground was clean and quiet.

This campground never fails to exceed expectations. We’ve been there annually since getting our RV. Campgrounds well maintained and the restroom & shower facilities are extremely well maintained and serviced.

Beautiful campground, great beach, lots of trees and decent separation between sites out on the penninsula. Great place to bring a boat (we did) and do some fishing or explore the lake. We had a great time following the geo-float trail and just generally exploring around the islands.
