Wasn’t able to get a great spot due to no walk ups anymore. Stinks that the whole place is already booked for the whole summer!

Our site was overlooking the lake and it was vey pretty. The campground was quiet and well kept and we would go back again.

Crystal springs is a popular campground. Its crowded these days during covid 19. Public boat ramp is around the cove so there is constant boat traffic. Campers typically launch their boat from there and beach it at their site during their stay. Kayaking and paddleboarding in protected small coves is nice but stay out of the channel traffic if not visible. Fishing from bank rendered a few bream and a keeper largemouth. Did not try catfish. There was a playground for the kids, canadian geese with goslings roamed the campsites, lots of birds and squirrels, road was level enough for easy morning bike rides. I would camp here again but not at site 18A. Currently its just too unlevel.

Rangers were great! Our spot was near the restrooms and they were kept clean everyday.
We left early due to weather, but overall we enjoyed our stay!

The spots for travel trailers were horrible. they were short, unloved, trees were to close and couldn't open awnings, storage compartments and had to fix it just right to open slides. There was trash all over the place. Did not enjoy it at all. It could be a Beautiful place if it were kept up and redone for travel trailers.

Great site for camping and fishing. Nice swim area, although to cold on this trip to enjoy. Great hosts onsite to take care of any problems. Just had to much rain and wind to call it a perfect trip.

Campground and facilities were clean and quiet. No map of campground so getting to spot could be challenging if new to area. Site are old and not level but manageable.

Great sites on the lake. I don't think there are any bad sites. Just a very nice place. And the host was friendly and nice to talk with.
