When we arrived someone was in our spot, but they were not there. The camp host was unavailable. We waited for a while and they never showed back up so we parked in another spot till morning. When we went to the camp host the next morning they said it was between us and the persons in our spot. So not so sure a reservation is needed if this is the case!!!!
We drove a couple of hours to get there and if there wouldn’t have been any available spots till morning we would’ve had to drive all the way back home. Just a big inconvenience!!!

This campground was beautiful!
Bias alert --- State Parks and COE Campgrounds tend to be our preference and this one fit the bill.
Tall trees, reliable hook-ups, soaking up the waterviews and gorgeous fall colors were bonus!
To boot, pretty much every site was waterfront or waterview!
To me, the location was somewhat out of the way, but it was well worth the drive for a very pleasant 3 day stay.

Very nice camp area. Although site #13 does not have room for double slide outs. Only on one side can you slide out. Also, no room to open awning and a steep step outside your door.

We had a beautiful view of the lake. We were close enough that we could skip rocks and fish off the bank. My granddaughter caught her first ever fish. She was so excited. She's still talking about it.

This campground is pretty and the hosts were helpful, but overall, our stay was uncomfortable. The views are beautiful, but the spaces are tight. The Loop A restroom & shower room both had a lot of spiders (which were very active!) and were pretty old. The stalls were updated, but the tile and fixtures are old. The shower farthest from the sink had a very slow drain.

Beautiful Park with great spots. We enjoyed a family reunion with 8 camping spots all in the same loop.
