Crystal Springs offers a beautiful and peaceful camping experience with spacious sites and scenic views, especially near the lake. No ranger on duty. No way to find out what site I was supposed to be on. Couldn't get on email to find out.

Had to leave out before daylight. The park is so dark and with no signs to show the way to the front gate , we made a couple of loops around the park before finally getting to the front gate. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Should have paper maps available. (The website doesn't show the overall campground well.) Otherwise good.

We enjoyed the grounds. Our site was on an incline that made it difficult to level. Bathrooms needed more attendance over the holiday weekend, ran out of tp and a stopped up toilet. Would appreciate extra hooks or a shelf near the sink. We would have enjoyed it more if the site could be leveled better.

Great campground with good cell service, the sites are clean and spacious and has good amenities like a grill, fire pit, water picket and electrical hookup. Pay attention to what loop you choose because not every loop has a bathroom accessible, the bathrooms are kept clean as well as the showers. Access to the lake is easy though some areas gets muddy.

site is small and jammed in between two other sites. So it's best suited for a small camper or tent. But there is good lake access, when the lake is closer to full pool.

We enjoyed camping at Crystal Springs. We wanted to go crystal digging and enjoyed that very much. We did go on the 1.9 walking trailer assuming that the trailer would come back close to where we started, but it did not. The sign needs more verbale as to the specifics of the trailer. The trailer comes to a gravel road and you are up to almost 3 miles away from the campground.

Beautiful spot, plenty of shade, and awesome water to fish and play in. Will be back many times.
