Beautiful Campground. Directly on the water in a cove that is great for kayaking or just floating! Would definitely go again and don’t miss the Shangri-La restaurant and bird island during Martin migration!! Boat rental at Crystal Springs Marina for the win. For a little extra we were able to keep it overnight. So handy. The lake is my favorite in the area!! Beautiful water, and a fun week with dear sweet friends! Only upgrade would be sewer at campsite, but still a five star for me!

As always, our experience camping at Crystal Springs was perfect. We’ve been camping at Crystal Springs for probably 25 years. We spend two weeks almost every year around 4 July. It’s like our second home.

Campground was clean and quiet. Nice showers and large boat ramp.

This campground is old and our site's power would only run 2 or 3 ACs so our camper never completely cooled off. It is very shady and the lake views are beautiful.

Take the gravel road to Hickorynut Mt Vista .We found this treasure on our last day of our first trip and had to go back. We have stayed here twice in 30 days and love the campground.

Park rangers are always great. Usually very quiet. Restrooms are clean. Just a good place to stay.
