Lupine Campground offers a clean and beautiful environment, with friendly hosts and stunning views of the nearby lake. Many visitors appreciate the cleanliness of the restrooms and the helpfulness of the camp hosts, enhancing their overall experience. However, noise from other campers and the absence of showers were common concerns, as well as occasional issues with trash left at sites. Overall, the campground is recommended for its natural beauty and welcoming atmosphere, especially for birdwatchers and families seeking a peaceful getaway.

We would like to give huge compliments to Brad, the operations manager, who helped us out tremendously during our stay. He is helpful and extremely friendly! Sites here are clean, and restrooms are cleaned regularly.

I was told via email the campground was closed, I made a new reservation for the adjacent campground which was open yet I’ve still been charged for Lupine. Campground itself was good but communication / management of the reservations was poor.

Bathrooms are clean and location is really nice and close to the lake. Definitely will back, it was a great winter camping since there was not a lot of people.

This campground is clean and sites are mostly generously spaced. The different loops are separated enough from each other to make it feel like you’re out there with only a few other people. The host was seen daily cleaning and restocking the bathrooms which had flush toilets. We day-tripped to Yosemite which was about an hour+ away. We stayed during the off season for Thanksgiving. We have a 24’ travel trailer. It should be noted that the dump station was not in operation during the off season which was not clearly stated when making the reservation. We had to scramble for another solution at a nearby helpful RV park.

Beautiful area! A bit farther from Yosemite than we thought (about 30-40 minutes from the park south entrance) but it was a gorgeous drive! Also very close to the lake (walking distance). There was a decent number of other campers in the area but everyone was very much social distanced. Plenty of bathrooms in the area, and all were clean and well-stocked. Overall, great stay! Check-in was easy - we showed up at night and set up camp....park rangers showed up the next morning and checked us in.

Great tasting, easy to access potable water. Spots are reasonably far apart and nestled among the trees - we went Thanksgiving week, and while it was well-booked, it didn't feel crowded at all. The host is in a travel trailer at entrance of Cedar Bluffs/Lupine campgrounds (the main campground check-in building is closed at this time); knock on their door. They have logs for sale for the campfire circles; you can make fires in them and cook on the grill above the circles.
There aren't any real walking paths close by and walking on the shoulder of road is ok but not ideal. We strolled a bit around the lake, which was beautiful with fall colors.
RV dump (near Forks resort) is free at this time (usually has card payment apparently).

Peaceful campground, clean bathrooms, easy to social-distance, kind host. Beautiful fall colors at this time of year!
